Andy Irvine (Scotland)

Italy Are Not The Best At Rugby

A Countries Size Is Not Proportionate To Success
Wales despite having a population of just over three million, have managed to win the tournament grand slam a total of 11 times. If you combine the grand slam successes of Ireland, Scotland and Wales, they have managed to win a total of 16 grand slams despite only having a population of around 13 million between them. In comparison, England, France and Italy have won 12,9 and 0 grand slams respectively, even though they have populations much larger.
